By visiting our site and/or purchasing from us you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. We reserve the right to update, change or replace any part of these TERMS AND CONDITIONS by posting updates and/or changes to our website. Please read the following text carefully before accessing or using our website and webshop.

Terms and Conditions

A final and binding contract exists between you and Wang & Buck once your order is confirmed by us. We send you an order confirmation and expected delivery time via e-mail when the order has been approved. You receive the final receipt for your order as soon as your parcel has left our studio and payment is accepted.

We disclaim any responsibility for inadvertent errors and omissions in prices and material descriptions on our website.

Please notice that we cannot guarantee that colours on Wang & Buck will be 100% true to life. This depends partly on the colour settings of your computer and monitor as well as the fact that natural gemstones may vary in luster and colour. Minor colour and/or luster deviations are not considered a defect.

Prices, payment and delivery

Wang & Buck accepts following payment: Credit cards and PayPal.

All prices include 25% VAT (Danish sales tax). Prices are quoted in Danish currency. The amount is charged before we ship your order from our studio.

We are happy to send our jewellery out to more than 60 countries worldwide.

All EU countries:

Unfortunately we cannot deliver to a PO BOX address.

Shipping costs for Denmark are free over DKK 1000. Shipping costs for the rest of the world is DKK 100.

Please note that it is your responsibility to ensure that all customer information which you provide to us is correct as we do not validate such information

Wang & Buck does not sell to minors under the age of 18 years. If you are under 18, we suggest that you get assistance from a parent or guardian.

Returns

If the jewellery is damaged or defective when you receive it, or if we by mistake have sent you a wrong product, then please contact us immediately after receipt by phone 0045 3314 5707 or by email : shop@kimbuck.dk and we will assist you.


Should the jewellery fail to satisfy your expectations, according to the EU-legislation on international internet trading, you have the right to withdraw from the transaction and return the jewellery to us, up to 14 days after receipt. To use your right of withdrawal, you must inform us unambiguously that you wish to withdraw by letter or e-mail.

The jewellery must be returned to us in the same condition as it was delivered. The returned goods must be undamaged and unchanged. If sign of use, beside what is reasonable to determine the nature and function of the jewellery (same handling, as you would exercise in a physical shop) or if it is damaged, you are responsible of any reduction it may cause to the value of the product. It is Kim Buck that determines the value of the damage.

At the same time we point out, that we only trade in products of high quality, and therefore will reject receipt of any item with visible or functional damages, hence the item will still belong to you.

Please note that you cannot exert your rights of our Return Policy by refusal to receive the parcel from the forwarder, you have to receive it.

Kindly note that your right to withdrawal from the transaction does not apply for items especially made for you e.g. jewellery, custom made to your specific measurements or if especially sealed wrapping is broken.

The goods must be returned to us within 14 days after you informed us of your wish to withdraw. Product returns must be sent to the following address:

Be aware that you carry all expenses involved with the return shipment. This includes the transportation, insurance and possible extra packing materials. The jewellery must be packed carefully in its original packing material, which should be undamaged.

You should use same forwarder or one of same high standard. Furthermore, we recommend the jewellery to be fully insured during the transportation, as you carry responsibility for disappearance of or damage to the jewellery until it is returned to our studio. You must keep the documentation of the dispatch in case it is needed later.

If you annul the trading in accordance with the above-mentioned conditions, we will refund the price of the jewellery as well as the transportation costs for shipping to you. We will refund the amount within 14 days after receipt of your Notice of Return, though we reserve the right to delay the refund until after we receive the goods and have inspected it.

Wang & Buck does not accept claims concerning problems or shortcomings in connection with a purchase more than two years after the date of purchase.

Additionally to our return-policy, as a customer you are protected by the general provisions of the Danish Sale of Goods Act as regards defects and delay. But please be ensured that we at Wang & Buck will do our utmost to assist you in any way we can.

Governing Law

These TERMS AND CONDITIONS and any separate agreements between you and Kim Buck shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Danish law. Any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with such contracts or their formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) will exclusively be governed by Danish law and treated in Danish courts.

All names, brands, logos and photos on this website are the property of Kim Buck and can only be used with express written permission from us. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any of the objects you see or buy in the Wang & Buck.

Shopping at Wang & Buck requires the following information from you:

Wang & Buck only records this information with a view to delivering the items your order and to offer you a smooth and simple shopping experience. Your personal data is stored only by us.
